Created an explainer video for Slipstream Software Solutions called SWITCH to integrate the leading debt review packages offering automated data retrieval and hosting for credit providers. The Brief

We were tasked to create a modern simplified explainer video that would help communicate their new product to existing clients through digital internal platforms. Furthermore, we worked closely together with them, from scriptwriting, the art direction of the scenes in the storyboard and final effects including sound design. We finished off the video by using the client’s talented marketing manager for the voice-over.

SWITCH is a software solution aimed at credit providers (banks, retailers, etc.) who need to retrieve data from multiple Debt Counselling companies that use an array of debt review software services. SWITCH has integrated with all the leading debt review packages to offer automated data retrieval and hosting for credit providers.

Challenges / Solutions
  • This was our first project we were tasked with when the COVID pandemic hit. Due to this, we had to learn the ins and outs of distance communication.
  • Using zoom calls and other technology, we learned how to communicate virtually while still maintaining a personal one on one relationship with the client.
  • The marketing manager of this company had a strong hands on approach, with a clear vision, directions and guidelines.
  • This presented a challenge but was also an advantage. We had to limit our own creativity to adhere to strict directions given, but it made the job a lot easier because we did not have to create a video with no direction whatsoever.

  • The client was so happy with the finished video that they asked us to complete another project.
  • We learned how to work under strict guidelines.
  • We started to get the hang on remote meetings and virtual communication with clients while still giving a personal touch.
